Full Strip Down Boiler Service

£145.00 (+ Parts if required) + VAT

When a standard service isn't enough, our Full Strip Down Service provides a deep-level maintenance overhaul. This is recommended for boilers showing signs of heavy debris, poor efficiency, or those that have not been deep-cleaned in 5+ years.

The Full Deep-Clean Process:

  • Heat Exchanger Maintenance: We fully remove the burner and access the main heat exchanger to clear any carbon build up or combustion deposits using brushes and a pressurised water spray. This is followed with cleaning the condensate trap.

  • Component Deep-Clean: Cleaning of the ignition electrodes, flame sensors, and replacing if necessary.

  • Seal Replacement: As part of the strip-down, we inspect and replace critical burner door seals and gaskets (as required) to ensure a 100% airtight combustion chamber.

  • Hydrostatic & Expansion Vessel Check: Re-pressurizing the internal expansion vessel to prevent pressure fluctuations and "banging" pipes.

  • Standard Service: After the deep-clean, the boiler is re-assembled and serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring it performs to the correct specification.

When to book: This service is ideal if your boiler is over 5 years old, has become noisy, or if you want the ultimate peace of mind for the winter months.
