Standard Hourly Rates

Professional Attendance & Labour Rates Monday – Friday | 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

Initial Attendance for Technical Fault Finding & Diagnostics(First hour): £95.00 Our specialist diagnostic fee covers travel, administrative costs, and the first hour of expert on-site fault-finding. This includes the use of advanced diagnostic equipment (Yearly calibrated Multimeters, Flue gas analysers, Fluke test meter etc.) to identify the root cause of heating or electrical failures.

Standard Initial Attendance (First Hour): £80.00 Covers travel, admin, and the first hour of on-site labour for general repairs and non-diagnostic maintenance (e.g., plumbing leaks or minor electrical installs).

Standard Hourly Rates (Applied after the first hour):

• Gas & Heating Repairs: £65.00 ph

• Electrical Works: £55.00 ph

• General Plumbing: £50.00 ph

All rates are subject to VAT. Parts are charged separately.

Electrical Testing

• EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report): £250 (Includes up to 7 circuits. £30 per additional circuit thereafter).

Boiler & Heating Services

• Standard Boiler Service: £95

• Full Strip-Down Service: £145 (+ parts if required)

• Gas Fire Service: £105

• Unvented Cylinder Service: £80 (Discounted to £65 if bundled with a Boiler or Fire service or EICR).

• Gas Hob Service: £80 (Discounted to £35 when bundled with any other appliance service or EICR).

• Gas Cooker Service: £80 (Discounted to £65 when bundled with EICR or any appliance EXCEPT a hob).

🚨 Emergency Call-Out Rates

Priority attendance for urgent repairs.

Note: For calls after 11:00 pm, our objective is to make safe or stop a leak. Minor remedial work is included if parts are in van stock. Major repairs will be quoted for a follow-up.

Monday to Friday

• 9:00 am – 5:30 pm: £150 first hour (£80 after)

• 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm: £250 first hour (£100 after)

• 9:00 pm – 9:00 am: £500 first hour (£150 after)

Weekends & Bank Holidays

• 9:00 am – 5:30 pm: £200 first hour (£100 after)

• 5:30 pm – 9:00 am: £500 first hour (£150 after)

Note on Response Times: Emergency call-out fees are applicable for locations within 20 minutes of my location at the time of the call.

The Small Print (Simplified)

• Parts: All prices listed above are for labour only. Any parts required will be quoted and charged separately.

• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the initial attendance or service unless prior terms have been agreed.

• Waste: Waste will be left for the customer to dispose of. Large-scale waste removal will incur additional disposal fees.
