Standard Hourly Rates

Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Our "Initial Attendance" fee covers the travel, admin, first hour of onsite expertise, diagnostics, and repairs across any trade.

  • Initial Attendance (First Hour): £80

  • Gas & Heating (per hour after): £65

  • Electrical (per hour after): £55

  • Plumbing (per hour after): £50

🚨 Emergency Call-Out Rates

Priority attendance for urgent repairs.

Note: For calls after 11:00 pm, our objective is to make safe or stop a leak. Minor remedial work is included if parts are in van stock. Major repairs will be quoted for a follow-up.

Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm: £150 first hour (£80 after)

  • 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm: £250 first hour (£100 after)

  • 9:00 pm – 9:00 am: £500 first hour (£150 after)

Weekends & Bank Holidays

  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm: £200 first hour (£100 after)

  • 5:30 pm – 9:00 am: £500 first hour (£150 after)

Note on Response Times: Emergency call-out fees are applicable for locations within 20 minutes of my location at the time of the call.

The Small Print (Simplified)

  • Parts: All prices listed above are for labour only. Any parts required will be quoted and charged separately.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the initial attendance or service unless prior commercial credit terms have been agreed.

  • Waste: Large-scale waste removal may incur additional disposal fees.
