Standard Boiler Service

£95.00 + VAT

  • Visual Inspection: Checking the boiler, flue, and surrounding pipework for any signs of distress, leaks, or corrosion.

  • Operational Check: Testing the boiler in operation to ensure all controls and thermostats are functioning correctly.

  • Flue Gas Analysis: Using a calibrated analyser to check the combustion levels (CO/CO2) and ensure the boiler is burning fuel safely and efficiently.

  • Gas Pressure & Heat Input: Checking that the boiler is receiving the correct amount of gas to meet its design specifications.

  • Internal Component Check: A focused inspection of the main burner, seals, and ignition probes to identify wear before it leads to a breakdown.

  • Safety Device Testing: Ensuring all internal safety limits are active and responsive.

Service Record: Upon completion, we will complete you service record book to keep your maintenance history up to date for warranty purposes.
