Hot Water Cylinder Servicing, Installation & Upgrades

(Service £80+VAT. £65+VAT if carried out along side a boiler or fire service)

Whether you are looking to boost your shower pressure or replace an aging, leaking tank, WTS provides expert installation for all types of hot water storage. We specialize in both Vented and Unvented systems, ensuring your home has a reliable and efficient hot water supply.

Unvented Hot Water (High Pressure)

Upgrade to a modern unvented cylinder (such as a Megaflo) for "power shower" pressure throughout the house without the need for noisy pumps.

  • Mains Pressure Performance: High-flow hot water delivered to every tap and shower simultaneously.

  • Space Saving: Eliminates the need for cold water storage tanks in the loft.

  • Expert Integration: As multi-trade specialists, we handle the critical safety discharge pipework and the complex electrical wiring for the dual-pole immersion heaters and zone valves.

Vented (Traditional) Systems

Ideal for straightforward replacements or where existing pipework is best suited to a gravity-fed setup.

  • Cost-Effective Upgrades: High-recovery copper cylinders designed to heat up faster and retain heat longer.

  • System Balancing: Expert installation of header tanks and ball valves to ensure a silent, reliable system.

The WTS Standard

  • G3 Qualified: We are fully certified to install and commission unvented systems, ensuring all safety relief valves and expansion vessels are correctly configured.

  • Electrical Excellence: We don’t just plumb it in; we wire the thermostats, timers, and immersion backups ourselves, ensuring the entire system works in harmony with your boiler.

Technical Survey Required: Hot water system requirements vary significantly based on your incoming mains pressure and household size. Contact us for an on-site assessment to find the best solution for your home.
