How the "Single Visit" Works
To provide the best service, I aim to carry out your annual Gas Safety check and your 5-yearly Electrical inspection in a single attendance.
Property Size: Single-visit completion is subject to property size and the condition of the existing installations.
Larger Repairs: If an inspection reveals significant remedial work or a larger plumbing project is required, I will provide a clear, prioritized quote during the initial visit and schedule a dedicated follow-up to complete the work.
Preparation is Key: When booking, please let me know your full "snagging list" so I can allocate the correct amount of time to your property.
